SW PA TEA Party's March on Harrisburg

On November 14, 2009, the newly-formed Pennsylvania Tea Party Patriots Coalition including the SW TEA Party Coalition, the Philadelphia Tea Party Patriots, FreedomWorks, SmartGirl Politics, The Kitchen Table Patriots, The Thomas Jefferson Club and other groups from around the state, will be marching in Harrisburg and holding a rally to demand an end to fiscal irresponsibility in Pennsylvania.

The recent Pennsylvania budget fiasco illustrates that Pennsylvania taxpayers deserve better stewards of public monies. Years of unfulfilled promises and irresponsible spending have brought Pennsylvania to its current fiscally precarious condition. In times of economic hardship, everyday citizens have shown the ability to adapt by tightening their belts and making responsible choices. We expect our lawmakers in the state house to do the same. Thousands of citizens will be at the capitol to make their voices heard.

Keynote speaker, Dick Armey, Chairman, FreedomWorks and other speakers will be featured upon confirmation.

Where: Meet at City Island Parking 1:00pm
When: March begins at 2:00pm, Rally begins at 2:30pm on Capitol Steps -State Capitol Harrisburg, PA

The" Making of America" Seminar presented by the NCCS

Here is our chance to become armed with the knowledge to defeat the liberal left. How many times have you wanted to be able to quote something from the Constitution in order to get your point across. How many times have you debated someone on what the Constitution allows and doesn't allow. If your like me, almost everyday.

Over the years, NCCS has held seminars in many different places: schools, libraries, business meeting rooms, churches, homes, college campuses, city convention centers, etc. No matter the setting, when good people come together in the spirit of learning—people who sense that something is terribly amiss in America and they are seeking to know if there are better answers—a sense of peace and hope pervades the room as the story of the Founders' message is unfolded to them.

We invite you to come join us as we discover the Founders' original success formula for freedom. Seating is limited, please RSVP as soon as possible. This is an all day event with fun and interactive instruction and is only $20. You will receive a free 135 page study guide and have the opportunity to purchase many different kinds of educational literature at huge discounted prices. The Poem of Taxes

Tax his land,
Tax his bed,
Tax the table
At which he's fed.

Tax his tractor,
Tax his mule,
Teach him taxes
Are the rule.

Tax his cow,
Tax his goat,
Tax his pants,
Tax his coat.

Tax his ties,
Tax his shirt,
Tax his work,
Tax his dirt.

Tax his tobacco,
Tax his drink,
Tax him if he
Tries to think.

Tax his cigars,
Tax his beers,
If he cries, then
Tax his tears.

Tax his car,
Tax his gas,
Find other ways
To tax his ass.

Tax all he has
Then let him know
That you won't be done
Till he has no dough.

When he screams and hollers,
Then tax him some more,
Tax him till
He's good and sore.

Then tax his coffin,
Tax his grave,
Tax the sod in
Which he's laid.

Put these words
upon his tomb,
"Taxes drove me
to my doom..."

When he's gone,
Do not relax,
Its time to apply
The inheritance tax.

Words from Americans

This country is going to fall if we the people let the Democrats, Liberals and Republicans molest our values and principles that have created this country. We need to stop sitting back in our comfortable homes and saying someone will do something to stop this, we need to be those people stopping this, standing up and shouting our beliefs from the top of our lungs until the Peoples Representatives hears us. These so called Representatives don’t listen to us no matter how many calls they get about an issue; they are only interested in the money from special interests groups to campaign for their reelection. We need to vote for people that listen to “WE the PEOPLE” and follow the powers that were given to them by the founding fathers set out in The CONSTITUTION and BILL of RIGHTS! I am tired of watching our representatives’ vote for legislation that not only will cripple our economy but has failed in every country that has tried it. Health Care, Cap and Trade, The Stimulus and a multitude of other Bills forced down the people’s throats, tacking trillions of dollars on to the backs of our children and their children. I am tried of our Government trying to tell my family and me what we have to accept as normal, what kind of car to drive, how I can use my property, and every unconstitutional law that our Representatives pass. WE THE PEOPLE are the REAL POWER in this country we can make a difference with our VOICES & OUR VOTE!
